London’s canals are a iconic part of the capital’s scene, more so since the towpaths were opened up and places given new names, such as our own dear Rat’s Island being renamed Little Venice 🙂
London Canals website is just that, a site where one can find out stuff or history about the city’s waterways such as the Grand Union’s Paddington Arm, the Lee Navigation, Regent’s Canal, and a whole lot of other minor waterways, as well as those that have been closed or were never finished.
How contact London Canals? Simple! Email. Or leave a comment on the relevant post.
There we go, thats all the niggly stuff sorted.
Cheers from a guy who’s just no better than pond life 🙂
